Ege \u00dcniversitesi akademisyenleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projeler, T\u00fcrkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Kurumu (T\u00dcB\u0130TAK) taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmeye devam ediyor. E\u00dc M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Biyom\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Duygu Ate\u015f taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00fc\u00e7 proje, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmeleri sonucunda desteklenmeye uygun bulundu.<\/p>\n

\u00dcretken bir akademik kadroya sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201c \u00dcniversitemiz b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz bilim iklimi, bizi T\u00dcB\u0130TAK nezdinde en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00fcniversitelerden biri yapmaya devam ediyor. Do\u00e7. Dr. Duygu Ate\u015f hocam\u0131z\u0131n ceviz bitkisine y\u00f6nelik iki, m\u0131s\u0131r bitkisine y\u00f6nelik bir projesi, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmeye uygun bulundu. Ekonomik \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 olacak olan bu projelerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc hocam\u0131z\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ekibini tebrik ediyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Bunlardan birisi \u2018Cevizde Demir, \u00c7inko, Fosfor ve Potasyum Elementlerinin Konsantrasyon Seviyesini Kontrol Eden Genlerle \u0130li\u015fkili SNP Mark\u00f6rlerinin GWAS Metodu ile Saptanmas\u0131\u2019 projesi. Bu proje ile y\u00fcksek makro ve mikro besin elementi i\u00e7eri\u011fine sahip ceviz genotiplerinin belirlenmesi hedefleniyor. Besin de\u011feri y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f ceviz \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin ekonomik de\u011ferinin di\u011fer \u00e7e\u015fitlere g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca bu ceviz genotipleri ilk defa \u00fclkemizde geli\u015ftirilirse, bunlar\u0131n ihracat yoluyla da \u00fclke ekonomisine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 varsay\u0131yoruz. \u2018Cevizde Antraknoz Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k Genleri ile \u0130li\u015fkili SNP Mark\u00f6rlerinin Exom Capture Array ve GWAS Yolu ile Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u2019 isimli projemizde ise cevizde Antraknoz hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ile ili\u015fkili SNP mark\u00f6rleri saptanacak. Saptanan mark\u00f6rlerin, hastal\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ceviz genotiplerinin \u0131slah\u0131nda mark\u00f6re dayal\u0131 seleksiyonda (MAS) kullan\u0131labilecek olmas\u0131, \u0131slah programlar\u0131nda s\u00fcrenin k\u0131salmas\u0131na ve \u0131slah program\u0131nda ilgili genleri ta\u015f\u0131yan bireylerin se\u00e7iminde isabetli kararlar\u0131n verilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak\u201d dedi. Ayr\u0131ca Antraknoz hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitler geli\u015ftirildi\u011finde, bu hastal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 pestisit uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131k gerekli olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, bu sayede tar\u0131m ilac\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, hedef d\u0131\u015f\u0131 organizmalara olan toksik etkinin ortadan kalkaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile do\u011fan\u0131n ve do\u011fal dengenin korunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
