Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu\u2019nun (Y\u00d6K)\u00a0<\/b>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve \u0130klim Dostu Kamp\u00fcs Projesinde pilot \u00fcniversitelerden biri olan Ege \u00dcniversitesinde bilim insanlar\u0131, \u00e7evre dostu projelere imza atmaya devam ediyor.\u00a0Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Ege \u00dcniversitesi M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Tekstil M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Ahmet \u00c7ay\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u201cKarbondioksit Yakalama \u0130\u00e7in Plazma \u0130le Modifiye Edilmi\u015f Y\u00fcn Esasl\u0131 Aktif Karbon Lifler\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1001 program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Proje ile\u00a0hem k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ile m\u00fccadeleye hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek teknik tekstil \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine y\u00f6nelik Ar-Ge kapasitesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesinin iklim dostu uygulamalar\u0131yla \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil etti\u011fini dile getiren Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cD\u00fcnyam\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck bir iklim ve g\u0131da krizinin e\u015fi\u011finde. \u00dcniversitelere bu konuda \u00f6nemli sorumluluklar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Biz de hem bu bilin\u00e7le hem de\u00a0S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve \u0130klim Dostu Kamp\u00fcs Projesi kapsam\u0131nda pilot \u00fcniversite olman\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fuyla bu alanda projeler \u00fcretiyoruz. Tekstil M\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyemiz\u00a0Prof. Dr. Ahmet \u00c7ay\u2019\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc proje ile karbondioksit emisyonuna y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayata ge\u00e7iriliyor. Hocam\u0131z\u0131 ve ekibini tebrik ediyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Projenin amac\u0131ndan bahseden Prof. Dr. Ahmet \u00c7ay, \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde etkisi gittik\u00e7e artan k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma problemini de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu projemiz ile\u00a0karbondioksit yakalama ve depolama (CCS) uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilecek tekstil esasl\u0131 adsorban malzemelerin geli\u015ftirilmesini ve modifikasyonlarla performans\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesini hedefliyoruz.\u00a0Sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n atmosfere sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli artmas\u0131 sonucunda \u00e7evre ve insan ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7in endi\u015fe verici bir tehdit haline gelen k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Enerji \u00fcretimi ve end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcretim i\u00e7eren insan faaliyetleri, giderek daha fazla emisyon sal\u0131m\u0131na neden oluyor.\u00a0K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 2030 ile 2050 aras\u0131nda 1,5 santigrat dereceye ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Bu \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in ba\u015fl\u0131ca tedbirler ise yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131, karbondioksit yakalama ve depolama (CCS) uygulamalar\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Karbon liflere alternatif y\u00fcn lifler kullan\u0131lacak<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"Sera gazlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck pay\u0131n karbondioksite ait oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Prof. Dr. \u00c7ay, \u201cSera gaz\u0131 azaltma uygulamalar\u0131 ve bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00e7o\u011funlukla karbondioksit \u00fczerine\u00a0yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131yor.\u00a0Proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n konusu da \u00e7e\u015fitli faaliyetler sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan karbondioksitin atmosfere g\u00f6nderilmeden adsorpsiyon ile yakalanmas\u0131. Tekstil malzemelerinden \u00fcretilen aktif karbon lifler, bu uygulama i\u00e7in \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, karbondioksit adsorpsiyonunun, adsorban yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki mikro-g\u00f6zenekler ve y\u00fczeydeki azotlu gruplar\u0131n sinerjetik etkisine dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Bu kapsamda, y\u00fcn liflerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 avantaj sa\u011flayacak. \u00a0Y\u00fcn liflerinden elde edilen aktif karbon liflerin performans\u0131n\u0131n plazma teknolojisi ile daha da geli\u015ftirilmesini hedefliyoruz.\u00a0D\u00fcnyada karbon lif \u00fcretiminin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 fosil kaynakl\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fcl malzemeler olu\u015fturuyor. Bunlar\u0131n y\u00fcksek maliyet ve y\u00fcksek karbon ayak izi dezavantaj\u0131 bulunmakta. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, karbon liflerinin y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim maliyetlerinin, \u00e7evresel etkilerinin ve fosil kaynaklara ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, yenilenebilir kaynaklardan elde edilen alternatif \u00f6nc\u00fcl malzemelerin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 akademik ve end\u00fcstriyel y\u00f6nden olduk\u00e7a dikkat \u00e7ekici bir konu. Projede y\u00fcn liflerinin kullan\u0131lacak olmas\u0131, aktif karbon lif \u00fcretiminde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir alternatifin de ortaya konmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
