Ayr\u0131ca proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, E\u00dc EB\u0130LTEM-TTO patent ofisi deste\u011fi ile patent ba\u015fvurusu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.\u00a0 Proje sonucunda ipekb\u00f6ce\u011finin sindirim sistemindeki mikroorganizmalardan katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek ila\u00e7 molek\u00fcl aday\u0131 olabilecek biyoaktif \u00fcr\u00fcnler elde edilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen projelere \u00f6nem verdiklerini ifade eden E\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak \u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma ama\u00e7lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara \u00f6nem veriyoruz. Bu kapsamda ipek b\u00f6ce\u011fi \u00fczerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u00a0 ile T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019tan destek alan Prof. Dr. O\u011fuz Bayraktar hocam\u0131z ve ekibini tebrik ediyor, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131lar diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. O\u011fuz Bayraktar \u201cProjemizin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fu ile \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar vermesini hedeflemekteyiz. Bu anlamda projemiz s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir t\u00fcketim ve \u00fcretim konusuna da katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1001 projemiz kapsam\u0131nda ipekb\u00f6ce\u011finin sindirim sistemindeki mikroorganizmalar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilece\u011fi biyotransformasyon ile at\u0131klardan antidiyabetik ve hepatoprotektif aktivitelere sahip ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek ila\u00e7 molek\u00fcl aday\u0131 olabilecek biyoaktif \u00fcr\u00fcnler elde edilebilecek\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cAt\u0131k problemi d\u00fcnyada en fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konulardan biri\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. Bayraktar \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde n\u00fcfusun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artmas\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 sanayile\u015fme ve kentle\u015fmeyle beraber b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorun haline gelen at\u0131k problemi d\u00fcnyada en fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konulardan biri haline geldi. \u00c7evrede kirlili\u011fe yol a\u00e7an ya da hak etti\u011fi \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilemeyen at\u0131klar biyokimyasal geri kazan\u0131m ile katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek biyopolimer, organik asit, enzim ve biyos\u00fcrfaktantlar gibi potansiyel \u00fcr\u00fcnlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclerek d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomiye geri kazand\u0131r\u0131labilir. Ayr\u0131ca g\u0131da ve yem sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131labilecek kaliteye sahip olan at\u0131klar\u0131n ve kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n biyolojik ekstraksiyon prosesleriyle geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri de sa\u011flanabilir. Bu anlamda ya\u015fam bilimleri, m\u00fchendislik, ekonomi ve teknoloji gibi disiplinleri bir araya getirerek i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz COST projelerinde at\u0131klar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, ekonomik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130nan\u0131yoruz ki projemiz d\u00fcnyadaki at\u0131klar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde, geri kazan\u0131mlar\u0131nda ve bertaraflar\u0131 konular\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilecek ve yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlar getirebilecektir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201c\u00c7evresel at\u0131klar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile de\u011ferlendirilmeli\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7evresel at\u0131klar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini ifade eden Prof. Dr. Bayraktar, \u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonominin olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve s\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k i\u00e7in tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u00fcretilen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler yeterli olmamaktad\u0131r. Bununla beraber farkl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma alanlar\u0131na sahip disiplinleri entegre ederek yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlar getirilmeli ve at\u0131klar\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, depolanmas\u0131 ve katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7evre dostu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler tasarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yapmakta oldu\u011fumuz projelerde temel amac\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcniversitemizin ye\u015fil ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00e7evre misyonuyla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen ve uluslararas\u0131la\u015fmaya katk\u0131 verebilecek yenilik\u00e7i, teknolojik ve \u00e7evre dostu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri sunmakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. O\u011fuz Bayraktar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda elde ettikleri baz\u0131 bulgular\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fcksek Nature-Scientific Reports dergisinde yay\u0131mlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Prof. Dr. Bayraktar, \u201cProje neticesinde 1512 T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Teknogiri\u015fim Sermaye Deste\u011fi Program\u0131 deste\u011fi ile Ege-Teknopark\u2019ta bir start-up firmas\u0131 kurduk.
