Dr. Serap \u00d6zer, yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan akademisyenler, \u00f6\u011frenciler ile hastanelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hem\u015fireler kat\u0131ld\u0131. Sempozyum, hem\u015firelerin bak\u0131m verici, karar verici, ileti\u015fimci, toplum lideri ve y\u00f6netici olarak yeterli olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in mesleklerinde inovasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeleri ve bunu topluma ula\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sempozyumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Dekan Prof. Dr. D\u00f6nmez, \u201cHerkes d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, hatta 100 ki\u015fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, bir ki\u015fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir, 99 ki\u015fi de ben d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm bunu der\u201d s\u00f6zleri ile giri\u015fimcilik ve inovasyonun \u00f6nemini vurgulam\u0131\u015f, \u201cFak\u00fcltem ekibine 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u2018biz 100 olal\u0131m, birlikte kendi i\u00e7imizde akademik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc inovasyon ve giri\u015fimcilik bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 usta olan ya da bu yolda emek veren ki\u015fileri saptay\u0131p i\u00e7eride ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131da akademik network olu\u015fturarak iyi \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00e7\u0131karal\u0131m\u2019 demi\u015ftim. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi olan \u00dcniversitemize bir\u00e7ok parametrede katk\u0131 sunan bir fak\u00fclte olman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda da ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi parametrelerine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funa hepimiz \u015fahidiz. Sempozyumumuzda inovatif yolculuk ser\u00fcvenine fikirden eyleme faydal\u0131 model patent alma s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, hem\u015firelik e\u011fitiminde inovasyon ve uluslararas\u0131 arenada inovasyon, yerelden k\u00fcresele politika inovasyonu konular\u0131n\u0131 farkl\u0131 boyutlar\u0131yla tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Yararl\u0131 bilimsel bilgilerin payla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bir toplant\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131na inanc\u0131m sonsuz ve bu ba\u011flamda b\u00fcy\u00fck emek sarf edenlere \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cHem\u015firelik mesle\u011finde inovasyon zorunludur\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sempozyum Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Do\u00e7. Dr. Serap \u00d6zer ise,\u00a0 \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi hem\u015firelik mesle\u011finde de inovasyon zorunludur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hem\u015firelikte gerek uygulama alan\u0131nda gerekse e\u011fitim, \u00f6\u011fretim, ara\u015ft\u0131rma alanlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimlerle birlikte, hizmet alanlar\u0131n beklentileri artm\u0131\u015f, h\u0131zla geli\u015fen bilgi ve teknolojiye uyum sa\u011flama gereksinimi do\u011fmu\u015f, k\u00fcresel rekabet ve sa\u011fl\u0131k bak\u0131m hizmeti maliyetleri de artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hem\u015firelikte inovasyon, uygulamalar ve bak\u0131m anlam\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde hasta gereksinimlerinin giderilmesi, e\u011fitim perspektifinden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretenlerin ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin gereksinimlerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hizmet maliyetlerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve verimlili\u011fin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin, y\u00f6ntemlerin ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flayan uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. Mesle\u011fimizin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc Florance Nightingale\u2019in de belirtti\u011fi \u00fczere de\u011fi\u015fim gerekli ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Ya\u015fama uymak yerine onu de\u011fi\u015ftirelim. Bu do\u011frultuda yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7te; Ege \u00dcniversitesi Hem\u015firelik Fak\u00fcltesi Giri\u015fimcilik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu olarak Uluslararas\u0131 Hem\u015firelikte Ba\u015far\u0131ya Giden Yolda \u0130novatif Yakla\u015f\u0131mlar Sempozyumunu d\u00fczenledik. Sempozyumumuz kapsam\u0131nda iki konferans ve iki panel ile iyi bir fikirle ve hayal etmeyle ba\u015flayan fakat bunun \u00e7ok daha \u00f6tesinde olan inovatif yolculuk ser\u00fcvenine dikkat \u00e7ekilecektir\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan sempozyumda
