Prof. Dr. G\u00fcltekin, ayn\u0131 zamanda ba\u015fta turizm olmak \u00fczere tar\u0131m ve vb. alanlarda faaliyet g\u00f6steren sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde olacaklar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. Dekan G\u00fcltekin, gastronomi e\u011fitiminin \u00f6nemli hedeflerinden birinin gastronomi turizmine destek vermek oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, ders programlar\u0131nda gastronomiyi bir turizm diplomasi arac\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendiren bir model sunacaklar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amerika\u2019da ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015f insan\u0131 Feyza Alt\u0131nda\u011f Shipley ve e\u015fi Richard Shipley \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Shipley E\u011fitim Vakf\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ba\u011f\u0131\u015fla ve ABD\u2019de bulunan \u00f6nemli bir sivil toplum kurulu\u015fu olan Bridge to T\u00fcrkiye Funds ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile tamamlanan Akademi\u2019nin devir-teslim t\u00f6reni ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda
