Ayr\u0131ca ba\u015fka bir alternatif olan \u00e7elikle \u00fcretim tekni\u011finde ise yeterli bitki \u00fcretilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan s\u00fcre 8-10 y\u0131l\u0131 bulabilmektedir. Bitki doku k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc teknikleri kullan\u0131larak bu s\u00fcrenin k\u0131salt\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda biyoreakt\u00f6rler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kitlesel \u00fcretim yap\u0131larak dar alanda k\u0131sa zamanda \u00e7ok say\u0131da bitkinin yeti\u015ftirilebilmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde yeni ve y\u00fcksek verimli \u00e7ay bah\u00e7elerinin kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan bitki say\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7ok daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na imk\u00e2n veren bir protokol geli\u015ftirilmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. Aynur G\u00fcrel,\u00a0 \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda ge\u00e7ici dald\u0131rma sistemine dayal\u0131 RITA\u00ae biyoreakt\u00f6rlerinde en y\u00fcksek b\u00fcy\u00fcme indeksi de\u011feri 8,28 olarak belirlenirken, mL besin ortam\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na 7,57 adet embriyo elde edilmi\u015ftir. Genellikle globuler a\u015famada olan embriyolar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kalp \u015fekilli ve kotiledon d\u00f6nemindeki embriyolara da rastlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca farkl\u0131 denemeler kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan SETISTM ve RITA\u00ae biyoreakt\u00f6rlerinde s\u00fcrg\u00fcn rejenerasyonlar\u0131 da elde edilmi\u015ftir. Projeden elde edilen bu veriler, ard\u0131ndan gelecek bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edecek niteliktedir.
