Necdet Budak, \u201cEmre hocam\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bu proje kapsam\u0131nda polis, jandarma ve askeri kuvvetlerin adli ve askeri olaylarda olay yerinde uyu\u015fturucu maddelerin miktar\u0131 ve v\u00fccuda ne zaman al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da bilgi verebilen ta\u015f\u0131nabilir optik temelli sens\u00f6r sistemleri geli\u015ftirilecek. Dr. Dokuzparmak, \u201cProje kapsam\u0131nda ticari olarak kullan\u0131labilecek sens\u00f6r sistemleri geli\u015ftirilerek olay yerinde uyu\u015fturucu maddelerin miktar tayini yan\u0131nda v\u00fccuda ne zaman al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da bilgi verebilen ta\u015f\u0131nabilir optik temelli sens\u00f6r sistemleri geli\u015ftirilecek. B\u00f6ylece, elektrokimyasal optik sens\u00f6rlerin olay yerinde \u00e7ok daha fazla veri sunabilecek ve adli vakalar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi ve olay yeri takibi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini h\u0131zland\u0131racak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201c29 milyon ki\u015fi ATS ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. Dr. Dokuzparmak, \u201cAmfetamin t\u00fcrevi sentetik uyu\u015fturucu maddeler (ATS) d\u00fcnya genelinde \u00e7ok yo\u011fun olarak kullan\u0131lan yasaklanm\u0131\u015f maddelerdir. Bilinen ATS\u2019lerin \u00e7o\u011fu merkezi sinir sistemi stimulant\u0131 ve halisulojendir. Bu s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan metamfetamin ise, d\u00fcnya genelinde, en fazla kullan\u0131lan sentetik uyu\u015fturucu maddeler aras\u0131nda ilk s\u0131ralarda yer almaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya genelinde, yakla\u015f\u0131k 29 milyon ki\u015fi ATS ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, d\u00fcnya genelinde kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7en bir\u00e7ok \u015fiddet, cinayet e\u011filimi ve adli olay do\u011frudan amfetamin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sebepten, halk ve toplum g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in amfetamin t\u00fcrevi sentetik uyu\u015fturucu maddelerin h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde tayini hala b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. ATS\u2019ler olduk\u00e7a toksik ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapma \u00f6zellikleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, ATS\u2019ler serotonin ve domain sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in keyif ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yan etkiler olarak kalp ve damar problemleri, bili\u00e7sel problemlere yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131s veya \u00f6zel tedavilerde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck dozlarda kulan\u0131labilen senetik kimyasallar olarak bilinmektedirler\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Sentetik uyu\u015fturucu maddelerin illegal olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n giderek art\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. Dokuzparmak, \u201c2020 raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re son y\u0131llarda ATS\u2019lerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 daha \u00e7ok artm\u0131\u015f ve en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan sentetik uyu\u015fturucu maddelerden birisi haline gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle, 2014-2018 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80 art\u0131\u015f ve metamfetamin i\u00e7in ise y\u00fczde 300 art\u0131\u015f kaydedilmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00fcretilen ATS\u2019ler genellikle G\u00fcney-Do\u011fu Asya\u2019dan Avrupa\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131nmakta, bu ge\u00e7i\u015fte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi bu trafi\u011fin g\u00fczergahlar\u0131ndan birisi haline getirmektedir. D\u00fcnyadaki illegal olarak ATS \u00fcretimindeki art\u0131\u015f ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu uyu\u015fturucu trafi\u011fi hatt\u0131nda bulunmas\u0131 sebepleri ile ATS\u2019lerin h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenilir, ucuz ve olay yerinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle, metamfetamin son y\u0131llardaki y\u00fczde 300 gibi bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermesi \u00fczerine en \u00e7ok odaklan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ATS t\u00fcr\u00fc olmu\u015ftur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cY\u00fcksek hassasiyetli optik sens\u00f6r sistemleri geli\u015ftirilecek\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-12271 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.euegeajans.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/EGE-EMRE-DOKUZPARMAK-NECDET-BUDAK-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>Proje kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirdikleri sens\u00f6r sistemi hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren \u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. Dr. Dokuzparmak, \u201cECL sistemler optik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcme dayal\u0131 olup hassasiyetleri \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek sens\u00f6r sistemleridir. Bu ama\u00e7 ile \u00f6zellikle kan, t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck ve idrar gibi v\u00fccut s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131nda bulunan \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck miktarlar\u0131n belirlenmesinde, \u00f6zellikle kanser erken te\u015fhis sistemleri, ila\u00e7 analizleri \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek hassasiyet gerektiren alanlarda aktif olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. ECL sistemlere y\u00fcksek hassasiyet kazand\u0131rmak ad\u0131na molek\u00fcler bask\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f polimerler ve bu polimer teknolojisinin yard\u0131m\u0131 ile MIP temelli polimerik nanopartik\u00fcller kimyasal sens\u00f6r uygulamalar\u0131nda analit molek\u00fcllerine afinite sa\u011flayan \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lard\u0131r ve modern kimyasal sens\u00f6r uygulamalar\u0131nda daha fazla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir \u00f6zellik sa\u011flar. MIP teknolojisi ve ECL teknolojisi birle\u015ftirerek farkl\u0131 ama\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek hassasiyet g\u00f6steren sens\u00f6r sistemleri geli\u015ftirmekteyiz. Bu ama\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz proje ile metamfetamin ve amfetamin i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanan polimerik nanopartik\u00fcller kullan\u0131lmakta ve nanopartik\u00fcller tasarlanan elektrot sistemlere eklenerek modifiye edilmektedir. Geli\u015ftirilen bu kompakt ve y\u00fcksek hassasiyetli modifiye optik sens\u00f6r sistemleri, MA ve AMP\u2018y\u0131 saptayabilecek ve her bir maddenin v\u00fccuttaki konsantrasyonu belirlenebilecektir. Bu metabolitlerin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde belirlenmesi, farkl\u0131 s\u00fcreler sonundaki MA\u2019n\u0131n v\u00fccuttaki takibini daha y\u00fcksek bir do\u011frulukla saptama imkan\u0131 ve MA v\u00fccuda al\u0131m zaman\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 ve olay yerinde kolayca belirlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir de\u011fi\u015f ile geli\u015ftirilen optik sens\u00f6rler ile kullan\u0131lan sentetik uyu\u015fturucunun tahmini olarak ne zaman v\u00fccuda al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu sonu\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda su\u00e7a kar\u0131\u015fan ki\u015fi veya ki\u015filerin uyu\u015fturucu madde etkisinde su\u00e7u i\u015flemi\u015f olabilecekleri belirlenebilmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00d6\u011fr.
