T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin referans tohumculuk merkezi EGE- TOTEM; ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 projelerine devam ediyor<\/p>\n

Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Budak\u2019\u0131n da dahil oldu\u011fu AB projesiyle Tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne istihdam sa\u011flanacak<\/b><\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi Tohum Teknolojisi Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (EGE TOTEM) b\u00fcnyesinde haz\u0131rlanan ve Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak\u2019\u0131n da\u00a0 ekipte yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi projesi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen tohum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. EGE TOTEM Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. \u0130smail Can Paylan\u2019\u0131n koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olan proje ile ne e\u011fitimde ne istihdamda olan gen\u00e7lerin (NEET\u2019ler) tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylelikle gen\u00e7lerimize i\u015f istihdam\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131rken, tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz de ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu gen\u00e7, dinamik ve e\u011fitimli insan kayna\u011f\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f olacak. Projemiz, bu niteli\u011fiyle \u00dclkemizin Ulusal Gen\u00e7 \u0130stihdam Eylem Plan\u0131\u2019na da katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKariyer planlamalar\u0131 desteklenecek\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Projenin detaylar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Prof. Dr. Budak, \u201cProjemiz s\u00fcresince Ege TOTEM\u2019de e\u011fitim faaliyetleri, laboratuvar faaliyetleri, serolojik ve molek\u00fcler analizler, ISTA e\u011fitimi, teknik gezi gibi yo\u011fun bir programdan ge\u00e7irilecek olan Ziraat M\u00fchendisi, Do\u011fa Bilimleri ve Biyoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc mezunu gen\u00e7ler, e\u011fitim sonunda T\u00fcrk tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren firmalarda staj imk\u00e2n\u0131na kavu\u015facak. B\u00f6ylelikle kendi bilgi, beceri ve kabiliyetlerini g\u00f6sterebilme imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahip olabilecekler. Temel e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi boyunca projeye d\u00e2hil olan gen\u00e7lere proje s\u00fcresince AB proje kriterleri kapsam\u0131nda maa\u015f ve tam kapsaml\u0131 \u00f6zel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. E\u011fitimler sonunda gen\u00e7lerimizin kariyer planlamalar\u0131 ve i\u015f arama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin desteklenmesi i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu (\u0130\u015eKUR) ile birlikte yenilik\u00e7i uygulamalar ortaya konulacak. \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019un i\u015f ve meslek dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulacak bireysel eylem planlar\u0131 ile gen\u00e7lere i\u015f arama konusunda da destek olunacak.
