E\u00dc \u201cAksolotl Laboratuvar\u0131\u201d t\u00f6renle hizmete a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi Laboratuvar Hayvanlar\u0131 Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (EGE HAYMER) b\u00fcnyesinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de devlet \u00fcniversitelerinde bir ilk olarak \u201cAksolotl Laboratuvar\u0131\u201d kuruldu. Laboratuvar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, kurulan laboratuvar\u0131n d\u00fcnyadaki \u00f6rnekleriyle rekabet edebilecek \u00f6l\u00e7ekte oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fa Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Budak\u2019\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Su \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. U\u011fur Sunlu, EGE HAYMER M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Murat Olukman ile laboratuvar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda katk\u0131 sunana akademisyenler ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenciler kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\"\"Sa\u011fl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u0131zl\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fme s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirten Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cYeni y\u00f6ntem ve teknolojik imk\u00e2nlar, pek \u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131k sorununun kolayca \u00fcstesinden gelinmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bizler de Ege \u00dcniversitesi olarak daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir toplum in\u015fas\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara, her g\u00fcn yenisini eklemeye devam ediyor,\u00a0 sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok ilerlemeyi de bu nedenle yak\u0131ndan takip ediyoruz.\u00a0 Bug\u00fcn de sa\u011fl\u0131k altyap\u0131m\u0131za g\u00fc\u00e7 katacak yeni bir geli\u015fmeyi sizlerle payla\u015fmak \u00fczere bir araday\u0131z. Son be\u015f y\u0131lda ortak ak\u0131lla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesine sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda teknolojik ve bilimsel anlamda ciddi geli\u015fmeler kaydettik. Bu ba\u011flamda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sadece bir vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi i\u00e7erisinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Aksolotl Laboratuvar\u0131n\u0131,\u00a0 \u00dcniversitemiz b\u00fcnyesinde yani bir devlet \u00fcniversitesinde hayata ge\u00e7irmenin hakl\u0131 gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Aksolotl Laboratuvar\u0131, Ege \u00dcniversitesi Bilimsel Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projeleri Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen bir y\u00fcksek lisans tez projesi sonucunda do\u011fmu\u015f ve EGE HAYMER taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilecek olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir projedir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Budak, \u201cAksolotl Laboratuvar\u0131, T\u00fcrk bilim insanlar\u0131na rejeneratif t\u0131pta ve \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar i\u00e7in yeni tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in umut \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 niteli\u011findedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in ciddi \u00f6nem arz eden ve emsalleri ile rekabet edecek g\u00fc\u00e7te olan Aksolotl Laboratuvar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyor, laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Aksolotl hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren EGE HAYMER M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Murat Olukman, \u201cAksolotl,\u00a0 iki ya\u015faml\u0131 ve rejenerasyon yetene\u011fi y\u00fcksek bir hayvand\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011finin yan\u0131nda izsiz yara iyile\u015fmesi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kanser insidans\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir model organizmad\u0131r. Omurgal\u0131 organizma olmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile rejenerasyon yetene\u011fi y\u00fcksek hayvanlardan biyolojik olarak insanlara en yak\u0131n olan t\u00fcrlerden biridir. Bu nedenle de rejeneratif biyoloji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda model organizma olarak kullan\u0131labilmektedir.
